Wild Love & Wanderlust is a destination wedding photography brand owned and operated by Whitney Selbo. After 3 years of being in business full-time, Whitney knew her DIY brand had run its course, and she was ready to take her brand to the next level. With a goal of stepping into the luxury wedding market and entering the photography education space, she needed a high-end brand identity and website that aligned with the future she envisioned for her business.

Whitney wanted her clients to think of her brand as a bucket list item—an experience they dream to be a part of. The visuals needed to convey that feeling.
They also needed to attract couples in the luxury market who wouldn't blink at the chance to fly Whitney out to their destination wedding. These are high-end clients, but they're also down-to-earth and adventurous.
The color palette is where a lot of the fun comes in. A neutral base paired with vibrant blue and pink/orange accents feels unexpected, joyful, and exciting, while maintaining a sense of sophistication.
To create an exciting brand experience, and attract the right kind of clients, we created a brand identity that combined chic minimalist with bright and bold.
We went with a semi-bold stylized serif for the logotype that felt friendly, yet sophisticated. For the logo marks, we use both a clean and modern sans serif and a casual handwritten script to balance the chic and friendly sides of the brand aesthetic.

TONIC's Amaretto Sour template* served as the base for the WLW website. Its editorial-inspired layouts and extensive collection of dynamic canvas options made it a beautiful fit for this luxury brand.
